How is your order shipped?
We use Australia Post for all international orders. You may choose either regular or express post. All Dine A Chook orders are sent using Australia Post unless otherwise stated. All orders require a signature at the time of delivery unless you provide an authority to leave. We deliver to Residential and Business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Insurance
Every Dine a Chook delivery is completely insured for the total value of the items despatched and insurance coverage includes loss and damage during transit. In the unlikely event, you receive a broken item contact our office via the contact us page within 3 working days of signing for the goods so we can arrange for a replacement.

With the exception of busy times of the year, orders received before 11am are generally shipped out that same day.

- Q: What is the bird netting made from? It's crafted from high-quality, knitted polyethylene, designed for long-term use and UV resistance.
Our Dine-A-Chook® Commercial Bird Netting comes with a ten (10) year UV degradation warranty. Should the netting fail due to UV degradation within this period, we offer replacement fabric or a refund of the original purchase price, ensuring your investment is protected.
Conditions:
- 'Failure' is defined as the fabric losing more than 5% of its strength per year of its life.
- This warranty excludes damage from chemical exposure, including cleaning agents, PVCs, solvents, etc.
- Exclusions also apply to damage from beyond-design-strength stresses, such as excessive wind load or poor structural design.
- While all resins and colors are selected for their longevity, this warranty does not cover changes in color due to sunlight exposure.
- Consequential loss or damage not required by law is not covered.
- The decision for replacement or reimbursement rests solely with Dine-A-Chook, at our discretion.
