Change of Mind and Returns

If the item(s) you ordered do not meet your expectations, we're here to assist.

Please follow these steps to arrange a return:

  1. Contact Us: Visit our contact page to request authorisation for the return of your item(s). This step is essential to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

  2. Return Shipping: Please note that for change of mind returns, all costs associated with returning the goods are your responsibility. We do not cover the expenses for returning items due to a change of mind.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility: A refund for a returned product will be issued for the value of the original item in its "as new" resalable, unused condition.

  2. Freight Costs: If the actual freight costs incurred by us were higher than what you were charged at the time of your order placement, the refund amount may be reduced by these costs.

Authorisation Requirement

To ensure a smooth return process, please obtain prior approval for the return via our contact page. Returns made without authorisation may not be accepted.
