- Flat Rate Regular International Shipping: Starting from $16.95 for orders under $299.
- Free Standard International Shipping: Available for orders over $299. However, please be aware that certain heavy and bulky items may not qualify for this offer. If your order total exceeds $299 and shipping charges still apply at checkout, it is likely due to a 'Fixed' Shipping cost associated with one or more selected items. For instance, our 5 x 50 Bird netting rolls, which are substantial in size, are subject to such charges.
- International Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout and varies based on package weight.
General Shipping Information
- All orders are shipped directly from our Townsville warehouse.
- Each order is assigned a tracking number and includes insurance for protection against loss or damage during transit.
- We deliver to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.
Delivery Times
- Our shipping and transit times are generally quick. However, please note that deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer.

Insurance and Damage Claims
